Returns policy

This policy explains when a CookYourLife preset purchase can and cannot be returned. It forms part of our Terms & Licence.

Digital presets are non-returnable

Presets are digital files. Once your files have been delivered to your private collection, the download has started and the purchase cannot be returned, swapped or cancelled simply because you changed your mind. Before paying, you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that this right is lost at that moment.

Please read the collection page, the installation guide and the FAQ before buying, so you know exactly what is included: Editorial — Trendy White contains six XMP presets for Lightroom, at £29 as a one-time purchase.

If something is wrong

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If a file is faulty, does not match its description, or your payment was charged in error, contact the studio at info@cookyourlife.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. Where the law requires a remedy, we will provide it — by repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please do not send card details by email.

Payments are handled by Stripe

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. If a refund is granted, it is issued through Stripe to the original payment method; it may take a few business days to appear on your statement.

Our prices include VAT and taxes are calculated automatically at checkout.

Pending or failed payments

No files are delivered while a payment is pending, failed, fully refunded or subject to an unresolved dispute. If a payment fails, simply try again — nothing is charged until Stripe confirms the payment.
