If something is missing
Payment pending? Wait for confirmation and check your order again. File will not import? Check that it ends in .xmp, unzip the download and update Lightroom. Preset not showing? Restart Lightroom and check imported or user presets. These are Lightroom files, not images for your camera roll or trained AI profiles.
